The Brew's Defense Tea

This Defense tea blend was created for immune support.  It is used for reducing symptoms of the common cold and flu, relives headaches, and is used as an anti-inflammatory!  Defense tea has a companion tincture that can be added to give a more powerful boost.

Ingredients: Citrus, Echinacea, Elderberry, and Manglier

Directions:

Steep amount - 1 Tablespoon per cup of water

Steep time - 15-20 minutes

Add honey for desired taste
