Brookshire Farms ground beef is a blend of round, chuck and trim of quality beef cuts from 100% Grass Fed n' Pasture Finished Beef  raised locally in Meaux, Louisiana, yielding a fresh and lean product.  This beef is ground twice, providing a finer texture and a greater eating experience.

 In order to maintain the nutritional superiority of cattle that spend their whole lives foraging the land, they are never supplemented with grain, growth stimulants, antibiotics or other synthetic additives. Our calves are birthed on Brookshire Farm and raised in a natural environment; at their mothers' sides in open spaces.
