At Snip & Grow, brought to you by The Garden at The Market at Tops, we use organic practices by utilizing rain water, yard waste, compostable food scraps, and recycling materials without the use of synthetic fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides in an effort to produce clean food worth sharing. We're transforming 15,000 square feet of local land in Lafayette into a permanent agricultural area by relying on a self-sustaining ecosystem in our garden space to grow seasonal herbs, vegetables, and local natives. Through these methods we are rebuilding the soil and creating a thriving ecosystem allowing us to provide local businesses, restaurants, chefs, and the community with clean products we can all be proud of.
